At Football Collective, we believe long-term athlete development begins with fun – but is sustained through education, structure and consistency.

In collaboration with P3, our academy combines elite football development with strength and conditioning, aligned with Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) principles.

We don’t just train footballers. We develop resilient, confident, adaptable young athletes with strong movement literacy, game intelligence and a growth mindset

Pathways

Players will have the opportunity to progress through three development tiers based on ability, attitude and readiness – not just age.

Progression is merit-based and celebrated as a milestone of growth and commitment.

The calendar year will be divided into four 12-week blocks, each aligned with physical and football development goals.

  • Weeks 1-10: Progressive Training
  • Week 11: Mastery Revision
  • Week 12: Testing, Feedback and Goal Setting

Pink

Ages 5-9 Years:
Fundamental movement, ball familiarity, confidence and fun.

White

Ages 10-12 Years:
Intermediate strength, skill integration and football cognition.

Black

Ages 12+ Years: Advanced strength and power, tactical awareness and decision-making under fatigue
