A pathway, not a pile of drills.
A lot of junior football coaching is built around turning up and running drills. Football Collective is built around a development pathway: players progress through defined tiers based on ability, attitude and readiness, not just their age.
Working in collaboration with P3, our program combines football-specific coaching with strength and conditioning aligned with ASCA principles, so players build movement literacy and game intelligence together, not football drills in isolation.
Turn up, run drills, repeat
Sessions are grouped by age, the term ends, and the next one starts the same way.
Earn your place in the next tier
Players move up on ability, attitude and readiness. Progression is a milestone to be earned and celebrated.
Testing, feedback and goals
Each block closes with a testing week, a conversation about progress, and goals for the block ahead.
